Boyolali - On Wednesday, March 15, 2023, Mrs. Iriana Joko Widodo and Mrs. Wury Ma’ruf Amin, along with members of the Solidarity Action Organization of the Era of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet (OASE KIM), paid a visit to Pradita Dirgantara High School for a special tree planting event. This initiative signifies Pradita Dirgantara High School's commitment as a proud member of the UNESCO Associated Schools’ Network (ASPnet).

The visit commenced with a warm welcome from the marching band, named Symphony Svara Dirgantara, which is composed of enthusiastic students from the tenth grade.

As the First Lady and their entourage entered the school grounds, they were greeted by the melodious tunes of Tantra Wirama, the traditional Javanese music ensemble of Pradita Dirgantara High School. This was the backdrop for a captivating performance by four Gambyong dancers, known collectively as Tantra Rangin.

Following this, Mrs. Iriana and Mrs. Wury, joined by Mrs. Hadi Tjahjanto and the Chairperson of Yasarini, Mrs. Inong Fadjar Prasetyo, took part in planting Lansium Parasiticum trees, commonly referred as "duku," alongside the academic community of Pradita Dirgantara High School.

After the tree-planting ceremony, the distinguished guests, along with members of OASE Kabinet Indonesia Maju, embarked on a comprehensive school tour. They witnessed a wide array of student activities, ranging from specialized training with the TNI/Polri (Indonesian Military/Police) to captivating angklung performances, energetic sports displays, and spirited participation in traditional games.

Furthermore, Mrs. Iriana and her entourage proceeded to the modern farming (hydroponic) area, which is a key component of the UNESCO ASPnet program. This program underscores Pradita Dirgantara High School's dedication as a member of UNESCO ASPNet towards realizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set forth by the UN.

In addition to inspecting the modern farming area, Mrs. Iriana and her entourage also explored the Country Corner at Pradita Dirgantara High School. This unique space consists of eight rooms, each representing a different country: the United States, Germany, France, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, China, and Australia. These rooms embody the international-mindedness that is actively fostered at Pradita Dirgantara High School, a school that proudly implements the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Cambridge curricula.
