Boyolali As the concert at Manahan on July 8, 2023 draws nearer, SMA Pradita Dirgantara Solo in Boyolali (Pradita Dirgantara High School) has just announced the winners of PDCompetition (PDCSeries) 2023. The announcement took place in the auditorium and was streamed on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, through Pradita Dirgantara High School's Youtube and Instagram channels. The announcement, doubling as the closing ceremony for PDCSeries, was also attended online by all participants, consisting of middle and high school students from all over Indonesia.
The atmosphere during the announcement was vibrant, with notable attendees including Jehian Panangian Sijabat and Lukas Will. Both are dynamic entrepreneurs and influential figures in the realm of social media, widely revered by today's youth. Jehian happens to be the sibling of Jerome Polin, an Indonesian YouTuber acclaimed for his mathematical prowess.
Nanang Sari Atmanto, the Head of Public Relations at Pradita Dirgantara High School, emphasized the school's relentless pursuit of innovation in its annual PDC events. "This year, we have a total of 45 winners for PDCSeries, each of whom has produced exceptionally outstanding work. The competition was exceptionally fierce," remarked Nanang.
In 2023, there were three categories in the PDCSeries competition: PDCompetition, PDCreation, and PDCup. The competition was equally intense in each category. For instance, in the PDCup for Mobile Legends Bang-Bang in Central Java, a total of 124 teams participated from both middle and high schools. In the Central java basketball tournament, a tight competition emerged once again, this time between SMK St. Mikael and SMA Warga Surakarta in the final. Once more, SMK St. Mikael emerged as the champion, just as they did in the final of Liga Solo 2022.
In the field of Science Olympiad, there was a close competition in scores between the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. In this category, Andika Arya Dewangga from MTsN Banyuwangi secured the 1st place, followed by Sakti Ageng Pengayom (MTsN Banyuwangi) in 2nd place, and Yazeira Andini Maheswari (SMP Semesta 2) in 3rd place.
Meanwhile, in the Math Olympiad category, there was also a tight competition in scores between the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Sutan Daiyan from SMP Negeri 2 Jember claimed the 1st place, followed by Daffa Atha from MTsN 1 Kota Malang in 2nd place, and Luvidi Pranawa from SMP Pribadi Depok in 3rd place.
