Business Management Teacher

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
  • Master’s Degree (S2) in Business, Management, Economics, Education, or a related discipline is preferred.

English Teacher

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in English Language Education, English Literature, Applied Linguistics, English Studies, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
  • Master’s Degree (S2) in English, Linguistics, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related discipline is preferred.

Qualifications & Requirements

TEACHERS

  • Male or female, maximum age of 40 years.
  • A dynamic and proactive educator, preferably with international experience.
  • Strong team player is willing to support others.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.5/4.00; Master’s Degree (S2) is preferable.
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, proven with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or a TOEFL score of 500.
  • Preferably holds a teaching certification.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Willing to participate in IB workshops and apply IB methodologies at SMA Pradita Dirgantara under an Ikatan Dinas agreement.

STAFF

  • Male or female, maximum age of 40 years.
  • Physically and mentally healthy.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
  • Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) qualification in a relevant field for Kitchen Staff applicants.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Other relevant skills and certifications are appreciated.
