Boyolali Today, Friday, (10/7/2022), turned out to
be a beautiful day for two students from
Pradita Dirgantara High School. These
two students are Shawn Gabriel and
Raden Andika, who have just secured
medals in the most prestigious science
competition in the country, the 2022
National Science Olympiad (OSN).
Shawn successfully earned a silver medal in the earth science category, while Raden received a bronze medal for biology. Both students continue the tradition where Pradita Dirgantara High School consistently earns medals in the OSN, an event held annually by the National Achievement Center (Puspresnas), under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemdikbudristek).
The OSN is an annual favorite competition among students from elementary to high school levels in Indonesia. Participants in this competition are the best students from each province, having successfully passed the selection process at the district and provincial levels.
In 2022, Pradita Dirgantara High School successfully advanced 35 students to the district level in the fields of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Earth Science, and IT. Out of these 35 students, 17 students ultimately qualified for the provincial level in Central Java (Jateng).
