(Yasarini) continues to serve children
across the nation, ensuring they have
access to quality education. Yasarini
stands as an inspiration during these
challenging times.
Established officially in 1988, this organization actively engages in various other social activities as well. The Covid- 19 pandemic has not hindered the wives of the Indonesian Air Force (AU) soldiers from moving forward and continuing to serve.
In conjunction with the 74th Anniversary of the Indonesian Air Force, Yasarini is celebrating its 33rd anniversary today with the theme "Adhirajasa Yasarini. Resilient in facing challenges with harmonious interaction for sustainable synergy. Resilient in maintaining the spirit of service for the nation."

In its 33rd year, this organization has proven its contribution to the nation's development, as mandated by the 1945 Constitution. This is evident in their ability to manage hundreds of Angkasa schools across the country, including the successful management of Pradita Dirgantara High School, which produces accomplished graduates.
The success in managing Pradita Dirgantara High School is an extraordinary achievement, not only for the extended Indonesian Air Force family, TNI AUbut also for the education sector in Indonesia.
Yasarini is today's Kartini (a prominent Indonesian national heroine). Through commitment, creativity, and a spirit of service, it has proven to make a positive contribution to the education sector in Indonesia.
What is Yasarini?
The Ardha Garini Wives Association (Yasarini) is an abbreviation for the Union of the Wives of Indonesian Air Force Members, hereinafter referred to as the Ardha Garini Wives Association, founded in Bandung on November 25, 1956. In line with various needs and organizational developments, the idea emerged to establish a foundation that was expected to contribute to the welfare of the extended Indonesian Air Force family.
As a legal social institution, this organization manages the existing Angkasa schools long before the organization was formed. PIA Ardha Garini's involvement in education began in 1962 when the Angkasa Elementary Schools at Lanud Adi Sutjipto and Halim Perdana Kusuma were established, followed by other airbases. Six years later, based on the Decree of the Air Force Commander Number 45 of 1968, it was stated that the Angkasa schools were jointly managed by PIA AG and the Indonesian Air Force service. In 2021, Yasarini truly became an inspiration during the pandemic.
